Shipping:  You will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking information.  We ship via USPS and shipping is calculated based on weight of items purchased & zip code.  Orders are usually fulfilled & shipped within 2-3 business days.  We recommend selecting Route shipping insurance upon checkout.  We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once USPS has possession of package.

Returns/Exchanges:  We accept returns for damaged or wrong item/size products shipped.  Items will be replaced if still in stock or a refund will be issued to original form of payment.  Please email info@theboutiquehub.com for a prepaid return label.
